Northern Konstar Seed Potatoes Ltd. started as a premium seed potato producing company in 2000. We exported seed potatoes to the United States and Mexico. In 2005 we added washed high quality Mini Gourmet potatoes to our production. Our main objective is producing high quality potatoes. This begins with the use of new innovative varieties like the Little Star, Yellow Star and Rising Star especially developed for us by Konst Research.
We are located on the fertile and irrigated soils of the Lake Diefenbaker irrigation area near Saskatoon in Saskatchewan. The combination of fertile soils, center pivot irrigation, modern equipment, experience and knowledge enables us to meet with our main objective.
